our group is seperated into squads.
here are the rankings

generals
captians
secretarys
and members

currently we need more people. if my friend joins it will be a joint leadership. you follow our orders. if we hear about a pker on the loose, we send a group fitting for the job according to how we see fit.
there are different groups

recon lvls 1-25
board watchers lvls 1-25
defence lvls 26-45
back up lvls 30-70
protector lvls 75+
elite. lvls +110


you need to request for a spot in your rank and group.
i will add more if it is needed. and you may also challange a person for a spot not including the general spot unless it is handed down.

also, when i look and see that a member isnt logging on that much, i will first move you down a rank and if you still dont log on, i will remove you from your spot and replace you.
this is on acception of course with those who tell me or another leader.

when requesting to join you will be asked the following:

name
race
class
(if adept rouge then state classes)
and reason for joining.

our group also goes out on a random adventure every now and then. so if you wanna take a break from the action, not a problem.


also, any one who wants to impress me, if you got an art program, try to make a character scheme. i am working with the maker of this site to have every one have their own avis. and if you do a good job you will be automatically bumped up. even if it is denied, i will still recognise your efforts (assuming that effort was put into it).

Avis...Aivs... Avis? Never heard that before... I also think you should add more ranks to the list. Level 71+? I'm at least above 100...

if you would also like to join, your level will need to apply for it, we dont want all these people walking in claiming to be like level 100. that wouldnt be fair to the people who want to build up, am i not correct?

special ops (mainly check out pk gatherings, or anything else that draws a lot of attention to make us worry)
recon (check out rumors from the boards)
front line (take action if other guilds attack or uninvited people try to breach the group)
or general help (help spread the word and explain what our group is about, also used in back up related items)

spell casters generally a high level (need the level cuz dont have too much defence)
